Permanently elastic adhesive and sealant based on SMP. 1-component system with excellent quick drying with high initial adhesion and high resistance.

APPLICATIONS
Immediate and flexible adhesion adhesive on metals, apparatus and machine construction, plastics technology, air conditioning and ventilation systems, car bodywork, wagons, and in container construction. Thanks to fast drying, pieces can be glued in a continuous work process. Neutral polymerization allows gluing without the need for thermal bonding or chemical pretreatment of the mounting parts

FUNCTIONALITY
- It can be applied directly from the cartridge using a suitable silicone gun (manual, air, battery).
- Cut the tip of the nozzle according to the width of the joint.
- V-nozzles are recommended for bonding applications.
- Depending on the adhesion surface, material expansion, tension and mechanical stresses with a layer thickness of 1 - 6mm.
- It can be applied with automatic dispensing equipment.
- For vapor permeable substrates the material can be applied over a large area using a notched trowel.
- The joining must take place within the processing time.
- Unhardened adhesive can be removed with rubbing or isopropyl alcohol.
- Dried adhesive can only be removed mechanically.
